Paul has over 35 years’ experience devoted to architectural specifications, quality assurance and construction contract administration.  Paul is a registered architect, a Fellow of CSI, a LEED Accredited Professional, a certified construction specifier, and a certified construction contract administrator.  Paul has created specifications for more than 30 LEED registered projects.  been active at local, regional, and national levels of CSI and is an author of the newly published CSI Construction Contract Administration Practice Guide.

Open to the public.  Luncheon fees:  $20 per person.
